Certified Nursing Assistants and Personal Care Aides
Certified Nurse’s Aides and Personal Care Aides enable clients to live independently by providing assistance with mobility, personal hygiene, meals and housekeeping, and supplementing care provided by other caretakers. The Aide also performs hands on care and performs routine tasks under supervision of nursing staff.
Richmond

Community Health Nurse, PRN
Provide culturally informed health assessments of individuals in their home, as needed who qualify for personal care and respite services; conduct periodic evaluation of individual’s nursing needs; train and supervise aides to assure the highest quality of care; support families in their home care efforts through education and counseling; and help families identify and appropriately utilize health care resources. Works collaboratively within a team structure to assess, plan, monitor, and evaluate service interventions.

Part-time
Salary: $31.25 per hour

Bilingual Parent Educator
The Parent Educator provides culturally informed early childhood home visitation services for families with young children living in the Greater Richmond area. The Virginia's Comprehensive Health Investment Program (CHIP) model used by Family Lifeline offers a practical example of taking a whole-family approach. The Parent Educator works with the parent(s) to strengthen the parent-child relationship by improving parenting skills and empowering parents toward self-sufficiency.
