Offering Real Connection Is Transformational

Nobody could define our guiding principles of health, hope, and home better than the people who make our work worthwhile.

In June of 2025, Scott became a father to his son, Noah, giving him a deeper appreciation for Family Lifeline's work with parents of young children: "Since Noah's arrival, I've had this new sense of awe for the day-to- day work of raising a child, and we've had every advantage. Still, there are moments when we feel overwhelmed. That perspective has made me think even more about how powerful Family Lifeline's work is - meeting parents where they are, offering real connection, and helping them feel seen, supported, and equipped. It's not just helpful, it's transformational."

Board member Scott Luberto brings boundless energy and a contagious enthusiasm to Family Lifeline. Since joining the board in 2020, the self-proclaimed "Chief Enthusiasm Officer" has invested his time, talent, and treasure helping shape the strategic plan and leading a four-part Leadership training series for managers, directors, and executive leadership. Drawing on his role as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Luck Companies and his background in education, Scott equips leaders to guide their teams with clarity, compassion, and purpose.

For Scott, Family Lifeline's impact is about playing the long game - walking alongside families during defining moments and offering steady, meaningful support that changes lives. Scott says, “That kind of impact doesn't always make headlines, but it's the kind that truly changes the trajectory of families and communities.

Every time I hear a story from a team member, I'm reminded that this isn't theoretical — it's real. And it matters. That's the kind of mission I'll always show up for."

Through his board service, leadership expertise, and personal commitment, Scott is helping to build a stronger, more connected community - one family at a time. His leadership reminds us that when we invest in people, we invest in a better future for all of us.
