Resource connection can be hard to navigate, at Family Lifeline our mission is to connect families and individuals with all resources for a safe and healthy home. For support in navigating and connecting with community services, check out our Accessing Services page for a form that gets you access to our partner agencies throughout Richmond and Petersburg. 

 

Museums for All

Provides free or reduced admissions to museums throughout the US. No registration is required, but you must bring your SNAP EBT card (WIC card may not work) and photo ID which allows access for 4 people per card. Any admissions cost must be paid with alternate methods such as cash or credit.

Henrico Library

HCPL offers a variety of resources ranging from books, classes, media, printing, and more. For access to materials, a library card is required.  Residents of Henrico County, Chesterfield County, and/ or City of Richmond are eligible and must have a photo ID as well as Proof of address, for more information click here. The application can be filled out online, printed and brought to a location (English Form, Spanish Form), or at a HCPL location.

Eastern Henrico Recreation Center

Offers a water spray park, open play area, trails, soccer/football field, basketball, play equipment and more. Center programs are free and no registration is required, click here for their program schedule. Open Gym activities such as badminton, basketball, and pickball are free but an access pass is necessary (to acquire a pass, visit in-person).

Park and Outdoor Amenities: open daily from dawn to dusk

Spray Park: May-September from 9am- 7pm (Seasonal and weather permitting
