Home Care Services

All of our services begin with a comprehensive assessment of physical health, social support, and self-care ability, followed by a customized plan of care developed by our on-staff Registered Nurses. Services are available for a few hours a week or 24 hours a day, including weekends, depending on need.

Home Care Aides

We exceed industry standards in staff retention and excel in providing continuity in client care. Most Home Care aides have been with Family Lifeline for 5 years or more. Family Lifeline assures care from aides familiar with clients’ specific needs and preferences.
