Family Lifeline’s Healthy Families and CHIP of Greater Richmond programs offer families the support and resources they need for a safe, healthy and stable home.

Through home based-visitation, our nurses and outreach staff work in partnership with parents to make sure children are healthy, happy and ready for school.

Family Lifeline’s Personal Care program provides anyone who needs help, including older adults and persons with disabilities, with the support and resources necessary to meet their basic self-care, emotional, and physical needs in a setting they prefer — their own home.
