Parent Educator

 

Full time Position: Provide culturally informed prenatal and parent education, family support, and linkage to community resources in an early childhood home visitation program for pregnant women and families with young children living in the Greater Richmond area. Team with a Community Health Nurse. Home visitation model is CHIP (Children’s Health Involving Parents).

 

Requirements include current VA driver’s license, reliable transportation and ability to transport clients in a company vehicle. Optimal experience includes parenting education, early childhood development and/or home visitation. College degree a plus; H. S. Diploma required. Great benefits package.
