Community Health Nurse

 

Part-time position: Provide culturally informed prenatal and health education and case management in an innovative early childhood home visitation program for pregnant women and at-risk families with young children in the City of Petersburg. Team with an Outreach Worker to provide services.

 

Optimal experience includes women’s health, early childhood development, and home visitation.  Autonomous work environment with competitive pay and benefits.

 

Requirements include current VA registered nurse license and valid driver’s license.  BSN and  bilingual (Spanish) candidates preferred.
