All of our services begin with a comprehensive assessment of physical health, social support, and self-care ability, followed by a customized plan of care developed by our on-staff Registered Nurse. Services are available for a few hours a week or 24 hours a day, including weekends, depending on need

Participant Eligibility: Services are provided to older adults and individuals with disabilities, living in the Metro Richmond area, who require assistance with carrying out activities of daily living. Subsidized services are available.
