Full-time Position:  Provide culturally informed social-emotional assessments, mental health intervention and case management in an innovative early childhood home visitation program, which provides services to pregnant women and at-risk families with young children. Optimal experience includes maternal depression, substance abuse, and intimate partner violence. This is a grant funded position under the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program (MIECHV).   Requirements include:  Master’s Degree in Social Work; fluency in Spanish; current Virginia driver’s license; reliable transportation; and ability to transport clients in a company vehicle. Parent Educator

 
Full-time Position: Provide culturally informed pre-natal and parent education, family support, and linkage to community resources in an early childhood home visitation program for pregnant women and families with young children living in the Greater Richmond area. Team with a Community Health Nurse.  Home visitation model is CHIP (Children’s Health Involving Parents).

Requirements include current VA driver’s license, reliable transportation and ability to transport clients in a company vehicle.   Optimal experience includes parenting education, early childhood development and/or home visitation. College degree a plus; H. S. Diploma required.  Great benefits package.

Community Health Nurse

Part-time position: 20 hours a week, no weekends. Provide culturally informed prenatal and health education and case management in an innovative early childhood home visitation program for pregnant women and at-risk families with young children in the City of Petersburg. Team with a Parent Educator.

Optimal experience includes women’s health, early childhood development, and home visitation.  Autonomous work environment with competitive pay and benefits. Requirements include current Virginia registered nurse license and valid driver’s license.  BSN and  bilingual (Spanish) candidates preferred.
